Booking Discounts

• Very Early Booking Discount: 10% (valid for all bookings confirmed before 31 January 2020)

• Early Booking Discount: 5% (valid for bookings confirmed 4 months before embarkation)

• Long-Period Booking Discount: 5% (valid for bookings of 14 days or longer)

Total combined discounts may not exceed 10%.

Charter Rate Includes

• Fuel for up to 4 hours of cruising per day
• Fuel for 24/7 generator and A/C use
• Greek public harbor fees on embarkation and disembarkation day (private marinas not included)
• Greek domestic transit log fees
• Wi-Fi (up to 25GB/week in Greek waters, free of charge)

Food & Beverage Options

Full Board Option

• €75 / day / adult
• €55 / day / child (5-12 years)
• Includes all meals, snacks throughout the day, and unlimited soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are extra, charged at cost.

Half Board Option

• €60 / day / adult
• €45 / day / child (5-12 years)
• Includes breakfast, one additional meal, snacks throughout the day, and unlimited soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are extra, charged at cost.

Expenses Only Option

• All food, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages are covered by guests at cost.

Infants under 5 years old are not charged for full or half-board options.

LADY FREYA VAT & Formality Fees

(Based on November 2019 regulations)

Greek VAT

• 12% VAT applies for charters starting and ending in Greece, regardless of whether the yacht exits Greek waters.
• 9% VAT applies if either embarkation or disembarkation takes place outside of Greece.
• 0% VAT applies if both embarkation and disembarkation occur outside of Greece, but the yacht enters Greek waters during the charter.

Formality Fees

• LADY FREYA’s rates include domestic formality fees for Greece-only itineraries.
• For itineraries covering both Greece and Turkey, additional charges may apply:
  • €250 for exiting Greece
  • €200 for entering Turkey
  • €680 for Turkish waters usage fee
  • €200 for exiting Turkey
  • €250 for re-entering Greece
