The highest bidder will be able to buy the boat by a deadline in August 2016 thus when you make an offer the other bidders will be informed and asked if they would like to bid higher and you will be informed what the other bidders have offered…
The hull is built in steel and the superstructure in aluminum.

Planned to be built as a private yacht with five large staterooms. Four on the lower deck, and a large owner stateroom on the main deck and an elevator shaft.
DECK 1 (Lower deck)
There are four crew cabins, with mess, galley and two bathrooms in front of the boat
Four large guest cabins, two double and two single beds.
Spacious engine room with two main engines and two generators. Access to the engine room from the garage. Garage and technical room with large doors from bathing platform.
DECK 2 (Main deck)
Easy access to rear deck via pasarelle. Large rear deck with plenty of room, entrance to the huge lounge with good space for 14-20 people. Furthermore, dining lounge for dining table for 12 people. Galley and toilet. Entrance to the owners cabin at about 50 sqm, which runs throughout the boat width, with an office and double bathroom. Stares and the possibility of elevator shaft to the upper-lower deck. At the front of the boat there is room for jet skis in its own garage. Anchor winches, mooring equipment etc.
DECK 3 (Upper deck)
Wheelhouse with panoramic windows and a good view, exterior ‘Portugese bridge “and a seating area ahead of the wheelhouse.
At the rear of the wheelhouse is the projected double cabin to captainsuite. Lounge of about 50 sqm. Covered rear deck where it is planned accommodate two major tenders of approximately 25 feet each.
DECK 4 (Top deck)
Access via staircase from the upper deck. Lots of room for a bar and jacuzzi, sitting area, steering and helipad.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposit of 10 % required within tree days of auction closing. Deposits are not refunded unless the vessel does not match our description. All vessels must be paid in full within 10 business days after the auction closing via certified bank funds or wire transfer.
The bidder must provide a bank guarantee, or confirmation of loans or funds to purchase the hull.
Shipping is not included in price. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. However we will assist the buyer with arranging of yacht’s shipping to wherever the buyers instructs.
