This Outline-Specification, Profile and General Arrangement are describing in short a first class custom build 35 meter Steel-Aluminium motoryacht as under construction at the Shipyard in the Netherlands. The basic exterior profile will meet the High Quality standards of the well known Dutch Yacht building Industry.

Steel Aluminium Motoryacht for saleAll materials, items of equipment installed in or delivered with the motoryacht shall be of first class marine quality, suitable for the purpose intended and comply with the requirements of the Classification Society and/or other Regulatory Bodies where appropriate. Equipment shall be capable of continuous operation as far as applicable in the respective locations on the motoryacht for the temperature conditions.

 

 

WARRANTY

The yard shall provide a conditional, two year warranty on all materials and workmanship, related to the design, construction and delivery of the motor yacht.

DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

if agreed to continue the project in the present boatyard she will be delivered after successful sea trails the motoryacht shall be delivered and accepted floating on its own keel at the shipyard in The Netherlands.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE STEEL HULL

The hull, is made of welded steel construction throughout. The scantlings is in accordance with the best yacht building standards and according to the Class approved drawings and to the requirements of the Classification Society.

CONSTRUCTION ALUMINUM SUPERSTRUCTURE AND MAST
The aluminium superstructure and mast is of a welded construction throughout. Aluminium scantlings shall be in accordance with the best yacht building standards and according to the Class approved drawings and to the requirements of the Classification Society.
HELI-PAD is optional but is within the plans of the construction.
PROPULSION INSTALLATION
Two MTU Continuous rating 835 hp. V 12 Diesel Engines Reintjes transmission
Two high performance propellers
The professional propulsion plant shall consist of the following:
• Main engines.
• Gear boxes.
• Flexible couplings.
• Flexible mountings.
• Oil lubricated propeller shaft installation.
• Five-blade propellers, counter rotating.
• Main engine driven hydraulic (PTO)load sense pumps.
• Main engine controls in the wheelhouse and on the bridge wing control .
• Instruments and alarms.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

The electrical installation and all cables, devices and equipment embodied therein shall be installed per “First Class Yacht Building Practice” standards and in accordance with the requirements of the Classification Society and the Regulatory Bodies and shall be suitable for a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. The Voltage supply shall be as follows:
• Main and emergency power system:400 V –50 Hz – 3 Phase.
• Lighting and general consumers:230 V –50 Hz – 1 Phase.
• Emergency lighting: 24 V DC.
• Motoryachts service, alarms and:24 V DC. communications
• Main engine and generator starting:24 V DC.
• Shore connection:1 shore cord connection,
• Shore power transformers:2 X 30 KVA:1 60 KVA shoreconnector
• Special Nav.& Com. Electronics:12 V – DC battery.
The two main Onan 60 Kw generators shall be arranged for continuous running .
NAVIGATIONAL- AND COMMUNICATIONAL SYSTEM: The motor yacht shall be equipped with a navigational and communicational system, engineered, produced, delivered and commissioned.
FUEL SYSTEM
The motor yacht shall be provided with a sophisticated and complete fuel system, providing its consumers with clean fuel. This system should also be able to be used for trimming the motoryacht.
COOLING WATER- AND EXHAUST SYSTEM
The motoryacht shall be provided with a complete and professional cooling water- and exhaust system, providing its consumers from clean cooling water and discharging the exhaust gases as conveniently as possible, while using the equipment as specified.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The motoryacht shall be provided with a complete, and professional hydraulic system, divided in two major sub-systems, providing hydraulic power to the installed equipment. The following hydraulic systems shall be installed: 1. Main hydraulic system: The main hydraulic system shall supply the following equipment with hydraulic power:
• Bow thruster,
• Stabilizer system
• Anchor winches
• Capstans aft .Port & St. board
• Telescopic Passerelle. Remote controlled
• Garage crane
FRESH WATER SYSTEM
The motoryacht shall be provided with a complete and fresh water system, a Watermaker system is providing its consumers with clean cold and/or hot water using the equipment as specified.
GREY- AND BLACK WATER SYSTEM
The motor yacht shall be provided with a complete, and professional grey- and black water system, discharging grey- and black water from the consumers/users and various systems as installed, while using the equipment as specified.
BILGE-, DECK WASH- AND FIRE FIHTING SYSTEM
The motor yacht shall be provided with a complete bilge-, deck wash- and a separate fire fighting system, while using the equipment as specified. The bilge-, deck wash- and fire fighting system shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the Classification Society and the Regulatory Bodies.
VENTILATION – AND AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEMS
The motoryacht shall be provided with a sophisticated and complete ventilation – air conditioning system, which shall be able to operate mechanical and/or manual, while using the equipment as specified. Central and locally controlled ( Monitoring system )
LUBRICATION- AND DIRTY OIL SYSTEM
The motor yacht shall be provided with a simple and professional lubrication- and dirty oil system, providing clean lubrication oil to and discharging dirty oil from the consumers while using the equipment as specified.
COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM
The motor yacht shall be provided with a simple and professional compressed air system, providing its consumers from working air, while using the equipment as specified. The compressed air system shall consist of the following:
• Compressor 220 VAC
• Air bottles.
• Compressed air lines, valves, accumulator tank , etc..
ENGINE ROOM LAY-OUT AND ENGINE ROOM PARTS
The engine room lay-out shall be executed as indicted on the General Arrangement of the motoryacht and shall further more be provided with first class equipment as briefly specified. All equipment, valves, switches, etc. shall be positioned and installed in such a way that proper operation, maintenance and cleaning of the motor yachts engine room and its installations and systems is ensured.
INSULATION
General Insulation: The motoryacht shall be provided with a state of the art insulation package providing both thermal, fire and acoustical insulation. The maximum of levels of noise shall to be attained in the various parts of the motor yacht. This shall be obtained by the combined effect of a suitable mounting system of the main engines, the generators and other noise producing equipment, the careful selection of the fans (exhaust and engine room)and the mounting and insulation in the walls, bulkheads, overheads and floors. The insulation shall also safeguard the fire integrity of the motoryacht, which shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Classification Society and the Regulatory Bodies. The complete motoryachts design and its details of construction and systems shall be designed in such a way that vibrations causing any potential damage shall be avoided and shall not interfere with the proper functioning of equipment and/or comfort on board of the motoryacht.
ACCOMMODATION and INTERIOR LAYOUT
The master cabin is situated on the main deck,with his own private entrance is outfitted with a writing desk wardrobe lockers seating and a bathroom with jacuzzi double toilet and bidet, lockers, sink, the bathroom finishing is done with marble and corian. Four guest cabins are situated on the lower deck, two with a double berth and the other two with two single berths. Each room has its own shower/toilet room. Three double crew cabins (with toilet and shower and seating area) it also provides a private entrance door. On the main deck from aft to forward a salon and dining room and the galley are situated. A day toilet is also located on the main deck. Between the dining room and galley there is a stairwell to the bridge with Captain quarters and a penthouse going to the sun deck area with grill and fridge. The flybridge is situated above the wheelhouse bridge and penthouse, there is a Jacuzzi with seating and a bar-icemaker area. Audio-visual equipment LCD/Plasma screens in all accommodations. With a special Entertainment system in the main saloon.
INTERIOR JOINERY WORK
The entire interior is executed in a combination of first class wood with all hardware is of first class material and extra attention is given to avoid rattling and vibration. The interior joinery work of both the luxury interior as well as the crew interior shall be first class and be executed according to the General Arrangement drawings showing the Profile and the Deck arrangements. Two kinds of executions shall apply for the interior of the motoryacht namely: The “Luxury quality”: The luxury quality shall be first class quality craftsmanship, providing the highest level of comfort, ambience, etc.. The “luxury quality” interior can be described as elegant and timeless. The “Crew quality”: The crew quality is executed to first class quality craftsmanship, providing the highest level of comfort, functionality, etc.. The “crew quality” interior can be described as solid and functional, but still be very homelike.
EXTERIOR DECKS AND JOINERY WOODWORK
The exterior deck and joinery woodwork of all exterior decks shall be executed according to the General Arrangement drawings showing the Profile and the Deck arrangements. Exterior decks shall be provided with a teak decking (all exterior Decks and Swimming Platform ) of the best quality. The underside of the deck overhangs shall be lined with painted marine plywood or equivalent materials, fixed with hidden fasteners to the motoryachts hull construction. The exterior ceiling shall be removable and provided with grills, lighting fixtures, speakers, provisions for folding down flat screens, etc.. On the exterior decks also some teak exterior fixed like a high gloss capping rail and loose furniture is provided as indicated on the General Arrangement drawings showing the deck arrangements.
PAINT WORK
The motoryacht shall be provided with first class Awlgrip exterior paint system above the water line and engine room and with first class ISigmal Paint systems) below the waterline, at the side of the aluminium hull and superstructure and in the applicable tanks. The hull shall is painted white and the superstructure and mast white, with some darker coloured areas for aesthetic reasons. The engine room shall be painted white RAL9010 After applying the above paint systems the waterline and some possible stripping shall be painted on the hull and superstructure. The name and home port tobe painted and/or mounted on the stern (hull) and the name shall be mounted on the superstructure sides of the motoryacht. Further more the interior and exterior woodwork shall by lacquered or painted as required with a two component paint systems.
OUTFITTING AND EQUIPMENT
The motoryacht shall be provided with first class equipment as specified in this specification and all the chapters being part of this specification. All items as specified in this chapter shall be executed according requirements of the Classification Society and the Regulatory Bodies as far as applicable. The outfitting and equipment shall consist of the following:
• Anchor winch foundation.
• Chain lockers.
• Anchor pockets.
• Anchors ( 2 stainless steel,100kg, high holding power pool anchors )
• Anchor chain galvanized 16 mm, 50 m each
• Anchor chain rollers, compressors and devil’s claws.
