The hull was constructed of steel plates 8 mm. 6 mm and 5 mm. over T simple frames of 140 x 5 / 80 x 6 mm and 130 x 5 / 90 x 6 mm size with minimum spacing of 840 mm. At topsides, surfaces can be seen at fair condition. Superstructure surfaces were in fair and sound condition without cracks and welding problems. Bulwark at the fore side has stopped at the fore side of the superstructure and should continue to bow end to be completed. The 2 meter square surface of inner side of the roll bar structure has not been completed to finalize welding.
The superstructure was constructed of aluminum alloy plates 6 mm and 5 mm. over T simple frames of 60 x 5 / 40 x 5 mm and over T simple beams of 120 x 5 / 60 x 5 mm size with minimum spacing of 840 mm.
Welding details; randomly welding joints has been visually controlled and none of the defects listed. The hull bottom under waterline has been protected with epoxy primer. The steel surfaces above waterline have their protective original primer from the steel plate supplier. All surfaces, needed to be sand blasted and epoxy primer applied. Aluminum surfaces need to be completed than after cleaning, they should be epoxy primed before filling and firing process.
Sun deck: Sun deck has a roll bar with a sun and weather protection of 29 m2 area. Roll bar has a height from the sundeck surface to lower side of the roll bar which is 2080 mm. Sun deck has 76 m2 floor area. This section is structurally completed and in needed to be primed, filled and painted. Floors should be covered with desired floor covering layers.
Bridge Deck:
Bridge deck is made out of aluminum sheets as being part of super structure. It has a forward deck area of 56 m2. Aft side deck area is 44.20 m2. Side walk area on both sides which connect forward and aft bridge deck has 18 m2 area. This side walk has 750 mm width. This walk area has a narrow location for passing under roll bar side supports and it is needed to be re-planned and corrected. Bulwark construction has stopped towards bow side and it is needed to be completed before surface preparation process. Bulwark height is 700 mm.
On Bridge deck the windlass winch and chain tubes are not connected to its place.
The fairleads, cleats and scuppers are not located and installed yet.
Main Deck:
main deck has made out of sleet plates and has a aft side area of 22 m2. Main deck side walking area is 28.50 m2. With a 1150 mm. width. It has interior section with fore side of 67.50 m2 and aft side of 53 m2. That is divided with a bulkhead. The interior height is 2300 mm.
Lower deck: Lower deck is seem structurally well and sound. The location of bow thruster and stabilisators are supported with extra steel sheet. And, they are not yet installed and their holes and tubes are not done.
Engine and rudder room: There are engine beds and foundations are ready. And, no holes for the stern tube installation and rudder stock penetrations are ready.
Bilge: structurally bilge is completed. The structural tank panels are fitted and they need to be completed with manholes and inside special painting regarding to their holding fluid. On tanks, bulwarks and hull bottom, there are no pipe penetration, recor and fittings are arranged or installed.
Summary: This hull and superstructure shells which are connected to each other with bi-metal ribbons are well and sound for to be continue their construction to the finished sea vessel. There is no equipment has been found on or around the shell to be installed. This shell will still need some construction, shaping and welding processes to be completed. In order to do required jobs, this shell needs to be shifted to a boat yard to be finalized its construction to be ready for surface preparations. Then fitting-out processes would go on at the same period.
I may estimate that this shell will need still 1 year of concentrated work in a well-organized boatyard. Then, this vessel would be competent motor yacht for her intended service.
